Golfing With The Men

December 31, 2014

This morning the guys planned on golfing and I thought I would tag along and take some pictures. It was freezing, I mean freeing!! I was so bundled I felt like a marshmallow. We made our way to the golf course, and started the nine holes. Thankfully the sun came out the longer we played. We had a very peaceful golfing experience, and I am sure we will be back out there.

Lets Go Tar Heels

December 30, 2014

For christmas I surprised Charlie with tickets to the Tar Heels basketball game. Now let me start of by saying that this year, Charlie and I's presents to each other were our tickets back home for the holidays from Hawaii. Of course I didn't abide by this agreement and surprised him with a few things. Charlie and I do not know how to surprise each other!(seriously its bad)Every time we try to surprise one another the other person always knows what it is, it's like we are each others mind readers... very freaky. For once I was able to officially surprise him with tickets to a sold out game watching his favorite team, I would say I succeeded this year! We drove to Chapel Hill and started out touring the UNC campus. It was so beautiful, and we were able to get wonderful photos. After site-seeing we went to Top Of The Hill a restaurant that was delicious, and became packed very quickly. Once dinner was over we made our way to the game. It was such a great game UNC was playing William & Mary. Of course the Tar Heels one the game!

Christmas in Carolina

December 28, 2014

For Christmas Charlie and I spent the day in North Carolina spending our time with his family. This was especially important to us after we found out his grandmother has cancer and we were not sure how many more christmas's we will have with her. We had a christmas feast to literally feed a army. Four days later and there are still left overs.

Here are some photos of our Batchelor Christmas

Such a treat, our old friend from flight school was able to come eat with us.

Charlie's little brothers were with us through face-time on Christmas haha.
